Blogging can be used in many ways in libraries. For example, if the reference department is trying out a new database, a blog could be used to track the staff's experience with the database trial.

I think the 71/2 Habits of Highly Successful Life-Long Learners are good points from which to build on. Web 2.0 and Blogging are very new concepts for me. The mechanics of the technology may be a difficulty, but I hope that by being exposed to the technology it will become easier.
